Sipping Stories with Dee Lestari

About the Event

Renowned Indonesian author Dee Lestari, a two-time winner of the IKAPI Book of the Year Award and Anugerah Pembaca Indonesia's Favorite Book and Author, presents her latest work, "Tanpa Rencana". This book offers both a break and a challenge for her creative self —a break from her busy schedule and other commitments, and a challenge in her craft, as this book was written in a completely new way for her: spontaneously. Readers will discover a deeply personal side of the author, showcasing her raw, authentic self. Apart from Aku Perlu Tahu, all the stories, both prose and poetry, in Tanpa Rencana have never been published before. At this special event, Sipping Stories will also provide an added sensory experience of wine and cheese that you won’t want to miss.

This session, a collaboration with Bentang Pustaka and Titik Dua’s Sipping Stories program, will be conducted in Indonesian.
